Pricing Transparency
Clear Pricing. No Surprises.
At We Junk It All, pricing is based on the scope of the job. Every cleanout is different, so we focus on transparency, clear communication, and upfront confirmation before service begins.
Our goal is to make pricing easy to understand while ensuring each job is handled properly.
While every job is unique, most services fall into these general categories:
How Pricing is Determinded
Pricing is based on several factors, including:

• Size and number of items to be removed
• Volume of materials
• Labor required
• Access to the property
• Type of materials
• Timeline and urgency
Once we review the details, pricing is confirmed before any work begins.
Typical Pricing Structure
Junk Removal and Cleanouts
Pricing is based on load size and scope rather than individual items. This allows for faster estimates and more efficient service.

Small Demolition
Pricing is based on the materials being removed and the labor required. Small demolition includes non-structural removal only.

This includes trailer delivery and pickup.
Optional junk removal and disposal are available for an additional fee based on load size and contents.
Drop-off hours are between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
Details are confirmed during booking.

Why We Don’t List Flat Prices for Everything
Listing flat prices often leads to confusion or inaccurate expectations. Our approach ensures fair pricing based on the actual work required, not generic ranges that don’t apply to your project.
